Welcome to Oro Milan. By accessing our website www.oromilan.com and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully before placing an order.
01 — GENERAL INFORMATION
These Terms govern all purchases made through www.oromilan.com, operated by PVL Media BV, a company registered in Belgium.
By using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
Oro Milan may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updated Terms apply to all orders placed after the date of publication. We encourage customers to review the most current version before each purchase.
02 — ELIGIBILITY
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you may only use this website with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when placing an order.
- Orders placed with false, incomplete, or misleading information, or on behalf of third parties, may be cancelled without notice.
03 — ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION
- By placing an order, you make a legally binding offer to purchase the selected products.
- A binding contract is established only once Oro Milan issues an official order confirmation by email.
- Oro Milan reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of stock unavailability, pricing or description errors, payment authorization issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order and delivery details are correct.
- Once an order has been dispatched, modifications to the order are no longer possible. Statutory withdrawal rights for EU consumers remain unaffected — see our Returns & Refund Policy.
04 — PRICING & PAYMENT
- All prices are displayed in the currency available for your region and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices and availability may change at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
- Oro Milan is not responsible for exchange-rate differences or currency-conversion fees applied by banks or payment providers.
- Full payment is required before any order is dispatched.
- Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe). We do not collect or store full payment card details.
05 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping, delivery times, and related conditions are governed by the Oro Milan Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Oro Milan ships internationally from a central fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery times are indicative and depend on destination, customs processing, and courier handling. They do not constitute a contractual commitment.
Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by their destination country.
06 — RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by the Oro Milan Returns & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available on our website.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the conditions set forth in that policy.
07 — WARRANTY & PRODUCT CONFORMITY
All products meet applicable EU consumer protection and product-safety standards.
Consumers within the European Union benefit from the 2-year legal conformity guarantee under EU Directive 2019/771 and Belgian consumer law (Wetboek van Economisch Recht). This guarantee covers lack of conformity, including manufacturing defects, and applies to products used under normal conditions.
The guarantee does not cover:
- Damage caused by wear and tear or normal aging
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or incorrect cleaning
- Alterations made to the product after delivery
- Damage caused by third parties after delivery

08 — PRODUCT INFORMATION
Oro Milan strives to ensure that all product descriptions, imagery, and specifications are accurate.
Slight variations in color, texture, or measurements may occur due to natural material characteristics, manufacturing processes, or display differences between devices, and do not constitute a defect or grounds for return.
09 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original content on www.oromilan.com — including text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, and brand identifiers — is the property of PVL Media BV / Oro Milan and is protected by copyright and intellectual-property law.
Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under Belgian and EU law.
10 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oro Milan and PVL Media BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall in no case exceed the purchase price paid for that product.
Oro Milan is not responsible for damage or loss resulting from incorrect use, inadequate care, or third-party handling of products after delivery, nor for losses caused by customs procedures, shipping delays, or incorrect customer information.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11 — FORCE MAJEURE
Oro Milan shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, severe weather, or geological events
- Wars, civil unrest, riots, or acts of terrorism
- Pandemics or government-imposed health restrictions
- Strikes, lockouts, or industrial disputes
- Port closures, customs disruptions, or transportation network failures
- Power outages, internet failures, or large-scale technical disruptions
- Acts or omissions of suppliers, carriers, or third-party service providers
During such events, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the event and a reasonable recovery period thereafter.
12 — PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
By using our website, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy and confirm that the data you provide is accurate.
13 — GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law.
In the event of any dispute, we encourage amicable resolution by contacting our customer service team first.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under the law of the customer's country of residence.
Online Dispute Resolution (EU consumers)
In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. PVL Media BV is not obligated and does not commit to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures unless required by law.
14 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
